Graduate Fellows

Haylee Osgood, MPH
Haylee Osgood, MPH, is the inaugural Global Citizen, LLC Graduate Fellow at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her commitment to public health was shaped by early work in cardiology and pediatrics, where she saw how cost, access, and education barriers limited patients’ ability to receive necessary care. That experience propelled her toward a career focused on systemic, equitable solutions.
Haylee has advanced equity-driven initiatives both globally and locally, including supporting reproductive health access in Bangladesh and helping community health centers across North Carolina strengthen cancer screening efforts in underserved areas. Through her Fellowship with Global Citizen, LLC, she contributes to programming on authentic networking and leadership, leadership coaching, community activism for equitable access to healthcare and rights, and addressing implicit bias in organizations. Across all of her work, Haylee remains dedicated to culturally grounded, community-centered, and justice-focused approaches to health.

Sejal Buch
Sejal Buch is a Master of Public Health student at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, specializing in Health Behavior. She holds a degree in Cognition and Neuropsychology from the University of Michigan and previously worked as an Implementation Specialist at Epic Systems, where she developed a passion for collaborative, person-centered care. Her background in value-based care and global systems thinking shapes her approach to sustainable and equity-driven public health solutions. Sejal has supported initiatives in youth advocacy, HIV prevention, and tobacco cessation, consistently working to bridge evidence and practice. She most recently partnered with NAMI Wake County to elevate mental health as a public health priority.
As a Global Citizen, LLC Fellow, Sejal continues to learn and collaborate across sectors and disciplines. Through the Fellowship, she supports leadership development sessions and contributes to work on cultural humility, inclusive practices, and authentic advocacy. Across all of her work, Sejal is committed to approaching public health locally and globally, centering dignity, challenging inequity, and co-creating sustainable solutions that improve lives.
