Graduate Fellows

Haylee Osgood, MPH
Haylee Osgood, MPH, is the inaugural Global Citizen, LLC Graduate Fellow at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her commitment to public health was shaped by early work in cardiology and pediatrics, where she saw how cost, access, and education barriers limited patients’ ability to receive necessary care. That experience propelled her toward a career focused on systemic, equitable solutions.
Haylee has advanced equity-driven initiatives both globally and locally, including supporting reproductive health access in Bangladesh and helping community health centers across North Carolina strengthen cancer screening efforts in underserved areas. Through her Fellowship with Global Citizen, LLC, she contributes to programming on authentic networking and leadership, leadership coaching, community activism for equitable access to healthcare and rights, and addressing implicit bias in organizations. Across all of her work, Haylee remains dedicated to culturally grounded, community-centered, and justice-focused approaches to health.
